Be Awesome Barbell Club
Barbell Club meets several times a month in our Amherst Garage Gym. Some club sessions are open gym time where athletes work on their own training in a group environment. Other times we meet for structured coach led circuit type training or specific skills training sessions. Barbell Club is free for Strength Team members. There is a drop-in free of $5. Space is limited so you must register in advance.
Currently we are training in the Garage Gym )with the doors open) and outdoors. We are asking that anyone not fully vaccinated continue to wear a mask.
Barbell Club: Strength Circuit July 8th 5;30-7pm

circuit style stations using barbells, strongman equipment, functional fitness and conditioning work.
Barbell Club: Deadlift 101 July 25th 10am
This Sunday morning session will be a review/lesson in deadlift form, technique, and variations for all levels and goals with the barbell, dumbbells, and bodyweight.
