Barbell 101: Intro to Strength Training
A four week class that will get beginners started on working with the Barbell, offer a refresher if you are coming back to strength training, or add to your current training. This class will include a review of basic human movement patterns, compound lifts, triple extension, progressive overload techniques, mobility work and accessory strength work to support you training.
Sundays 11am May 9, 16, 23, 30 Four 1 hour sessions $100.
