A small group class to learn powerlifting form, technique, warm up exercises, and accessories. Great for beginners and for intermediate lifters who want to focus on form and increasing their lifts. Limited to 10 participants. Five sessions on Monday at 7pm June 19, 26, July 10, 17, 31 (50% off for Strength Team Members) please email to register at the discounted rate.
