Service Description

May 18 10am-2pm. Come learn skills and the science behind them to support your athletic goals including nutrition for strength athletes, sleep and stress management, and movement as a recovery tool. This class will include lecture, discussion, interactive activities, and movement work. Please bring a healthy lunch for yourself and a water bottle.
