Service Description

Resiliency is about adapting to challenges both in your athletic endeavors and in life. This course will help you build strong foundation of skills and habits. This is a fully online course that you will have 3 months to complete. Includes two 30 minute virtual coaching sessions with Coach Beth Moonstone. Covers system thinking for athletes, resilience, goal setting, recovery, sleep, stress management tools, time management tools, general nutrition, and hydration. The Resilient Athlete is for athletes of all levels and ages. Within 24 hours of registering for this class you will receive confirm and a welcome message. When the course opens on January 1st you will receive instructions on how to login and access the course.
