A small group class to learn powerlifting form, technique, warm up exercises, and accessories. Great for beginners and for intermediate lifters who want to focus on form and increasing their lifts. Limited to 8 participants. 5 Thursdays July 28. August 4, 11, 18, 25 5:30-7pm (50% off for Strength Team Members)
