Welcome to Wildflowers! We are so excited to have you and your little one join us for a summer of movement, exploration, and play. To ensure a safe and high-quality experience for all our "Wildflowers," please review our session policies below. 1. Registration & Payment Full Session Commitment: To foster a consistent community and developmental progression, registration is for the full 5-week Summer 1 Session ($120). Secure Your Spot: Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Space is limited to ensure everyone has plenty of room to climb, jump, and roll! 2. Parent Participation (The "Partner in Play" Rule) Active Supervision: This is not a drop-off class. Wildflowers is a collaborative experience! Parents/guardians are required to be on the floor, actively supervising and playing alongside their child at all times. Safety First: You are your child’s primary "spotter." While our coaches are here to lead challenges and games, you are responsible for your child’s safety as they navigate the balance beams, rings, and foam blocks. 3. Attendance & Missed Classes Consistency Matters: Because our gym transforms into a specific course each week, we cannot offer "drop-in" credits or make-up sessions for individual absences. Gym Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a class (due to weather or facility issues), a credit or a rescheduled date will be provided. 4. Health & Wellness (The "Healthy Sprout" Policy) Stay Home if Sick: For the safety of our little movers (and their families!), please keep your child home if they have had a fever, cough, or any contagious symptoms within the last 24 hours. Hygiene: We sanitize all equipment (mats, rings, boards) before and after each session to keep our play space resilient and clean. Hydration: Please bring a water bottle for you and your child. We have a water cooler available for refills. 5. Attire & Gear Movement-Ready: Both children and parents should wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Feet: For safety on the balance boards and beams, we recommend bare feet or high-grip socks. No shoes are permitted on the foam mats or gymnastics equipment. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Full Refund: Available if requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the session (June 4th). No refunds are available once the session has begun.
