Teen Femme Barbell Club
A small group class for young women, femme, trans, non-binary and/or non binary individuals ages 14-17. Designed to be a supportive, inclusive, space to learn barbell techniques, gain strength, try new things, and grow stronger physically and mentally.
Strength Training = learn form and technique, practice variations of movement patterns, work on functional movements that apply to daily life, increase sport specific skills, learn to set strength goals appropriate for your age, sport, and experience level.
Conditioning = build endurance for life and sports, increase cadiovascular health, develop greater agility and speed.
Five week session Mondays August 2 - August 20 3:30-5pm
