Our approach to fitness coaching always starts with listening to your story and your goals. Then we will complete a movement and fitness evaluation together so that we have a strong sense of where you are today. Custom training programs are written based on your feedback and my observations, to help you develop the strength and movement skill set needed to meet your health and fitness goals. You might want to gain strength, develop endurance, hike a mountain, touch your toes or just be better able to go about your daily tasks a little easier. Everyone's goal is different, your training should be too.
Resiliency is about adapting to challenges both in your athletic endeavors and in life. This course will help you build strong foundation of skills and habits. Covers systems thinking for athletes, resilience, goal setting, recovery, sleep, stress management tools, time management tools, general nutrition, and hydration. The Resilient Athlete is for athletes of all levels and ages.
