GENERAL CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Functional Circuits with Atreyu Mon 6pm
Join Atreyu Moonstone, Strength Coach and USA Archery Lvl 3 Coach for a dynamic and varied class that will encourage you to challenge yourself and put your strength into action. Each week the class will complete a circuit of functional movements and strength work. This is a great way to shake up your training with some variety, learn to use all the equipment in the gym, and challenge yourself with new movements.
Pound Fitness with Irissa Tues 6pm
Join Irissa Powell, CPT, Pound Unplugged Teacher, for this fun full body workout. POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement.
General Strength with Kevin Wed 7pm
Join Kevin Babic, CPT for our weekly general strength class. Are you looking for a way to Get Fit? How about having fun and making friends? What about doing both at the same time!? Let’s strengthen our bodies and minds together and experience how resistance training can help us get better sleep, alleviate and better handle stress, boost our confidence in our abilities, and be a blast doing it! All are welcome, whether you’re in great shape or just getting started, There’s plenty to learn and improve on together..
Powerlifting for Strength with Beth Thurs 6pm
Join Coach Beth Moonstone, CPT, USPA and ISSA Powerlifting Coach for a weekly powerlifting style training session. Using the core three compound lifts: Deadlift, Squat, and Bench press this class will be a group training session that focuses on form, technique, learning accessory movements, and variations to increase your strength. This is a great class for beginners who want the opportunity to learn proper form and try out powerlifting training and for experienced lifters to come train in a supportive positive community. Coach Beth is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach, an ISSA Powerlifting Instructor, and a competitive masters powerlifter.
Mobility and Yoga with Beth Fri 9am
Join Coach Beth, CPT, ISSA Yoga Instructor for a Friday morning movement class that will focus on increasing mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and balance. This is an all levels class that scales for all abilities.
Gentle Queer Trans Yoga with Sebastian Sun 6pm (sliding scale fee paid direction to the teacher via advance registration or in person at class.)
A slower-paced, all-levels yoga class designed especially for LGBTQIA+ identified students. Explore meditative movement through postures that help unravel embodied stress and tension and build familiarity with yoga postures, breath practices (pranayama), and meditation.
