CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Functional Circuits with Atreyu    Mon  6pm 

Join Atreyu Moonstone, Strength Coach and USA Archery Lvl 3 Coach for a dynamic and varied class that will encourage you to challenge yourself and put your strength into action. Each week the class will complete a circuit of functional movements and strength work. This is a great way to shake up your training with some variety, learn to use all the equipment in the gym, and challenge yourself with new movements. 

Senior Strength with Aisling Wed 9am

A 45 minute strength class with options and progressions. A focus on challenging stability and functionality. Great for beginners looking to get moving or returners who are looking to increase their range of movements. Lower body, arms, and core movement focus done in intervals to high energy music.

Bones, Balance, and Bulletproofing with Beth Thurs 6pm

This class dials in on progressions to help maintain and build bone density, increase balance, mobility, cognitive function, and proprioception, and target movement patterns that build functional strength and mobility to help "bulletproof" your body.. It is open to all abilities and can be scaled to meet you where you are. ​​​​​​​

  • Improved Bone Health and Density: The class specifically focuses on progressions to help maintain and build bone density. Activities like barbell work (especially deadlifts) and jump training/plyometrics are powerful osteogenic stimuli that are crucial for preventing osteoporosis and strengthening your skeletal structure.

  •  Enhanced Balance and Stability: designed to significantly increase your stability, which is essential for reducing the risk of falls and improving confidence in daily movement.

  • Boosted Cognitive Function: By including neurological and cognitive practices, the class aims to improve the connection between your brain and body, leading to better focus, processing speed, and overall cognitive health.

  • Better Proprioception and Mobility: You will work on proprioception (your body's awareness of its position in space) and mobility. This improves movement quality, range of motion, and makes your body more adaptable and resilient.

  • "Bulletproofed" Functional Strength: The goal of "Bulletproofing your body" means building functional strength and targeting movement patterns that protect you from injury. This strength is practical—it makes lifting groceries, playing with kids, or climbing stairs easier and safer.

​​​Mobility with Atreyu  Fri 9am 

Learn how to move better and stay in shape with instructor Kevin as we cover fundamental movement patterns, correct imbalances, demonstrate proper technique, and progress to more challenging functional exercises. Great for beginners looking to stay on track, or veterans who want to master their technique!

Mettle in Motion with Kristina Sat 9am

A high-energy, music-driven fitness experience built for every body and every level. Inspired by Tabata-style intervals, this class blends cardio bursts, bodyweight training, and targeted strength work using dumbbells, kettlebells, or just your own resilient will. Come as you are. Leave stronger.

Kettlebell and Core with Beth Sun 9am

This 45-60 minute class will include about 20 minutes of Kettlebell strength work each week will focusing on a different movement pattern of muscle group. We will add in a specific movement each week designed to help you bulletproof your body for functional strength and longevity in the real world. Then we will dial in on functional core strength for the last 15 minutes.

​​​Powerlifting Open Training - meets monthly - check the schedule for update

Open gym time for members to do their own training with an emphasis on Powerlifting and Barbell work. Coach Beth Moonstone will be available for questions or form check (or a spot). Come hang out with community, get some support and extra motivation for you training, and get STRONGER with friends.

Lift Evolution with Kristina   

A 45-minute group fitness class plan designed for participants new or returning to fitness. This class focuses on foundational movements, proper form, and exercises that can easily be applied to personal workouts, emphasizing body awareness, gradual progression, and
functional strength. This beginner-friendly class is designed to build strength, confidence, and awareness of key fitness movements that participants can integrate into their own routines at the gym.​​​​

Strongman  Circuits with Beth   

Come join us for some fun! We will have a strength circuit highlighting strongman/strongwoman movements, compound lifts, and functional training. Open to all levels and ages. Everything can be adapted as needed. Come try some new movements and celebrate what your body can do.
