All classes are open to all levels of ability and experience including adaptive athletes. Modifications and scaling are available as needed.

We are excited to announce that archery lessons will be moving to Kiwanis Park on Stanley St in Amherst, MA for the fall. Come join us outdoors in the beautiful fall New England weather at our new location.

GENERAL CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Functional Circuits with Atreyu    Mon 6pm 

Join Atreyu Moonstone, Strength Coach and USA Archery Lvl 3 Coach for a dynamic and varied class that will encourage you to challenge yourself and put your strength into actionEach week the class will complete a circuit of functional movements and strength work. This is a great way to shake up your training with some variety, learn to use all the equipment in the gym, and challenge yourself with new movements.

Barbell Skills & Drills with Beth   Wed 6:30pm (starts Sept 10)

Each week will be a different series of Barbell work designed to teach/practice a wide range of skills and focus on different movement patterns.  This class is adaptable for beginners and advanced athletes of all ages. â€‹

​Mobility with Atreyu  Fri 9am 

Learn how to move better and stay in shape with instructor Kevin as we cover fundamental movement patterns, correct imbalances, demonstrate proper technique, and progress to more challenging functional exercises. Great for beginners looking to stay on track, or veterans who want to master their technique!

​Powerlifting for Strength with Beth   Sun 9:30am   

Please check our schedule for this class as some weeks there is a dedicated class and other weeks it is open gym time for members to do their own training. Join Coach Beth Moonstone, CPT, USPA and ISSA Powerlifting Coach for a weekly powerlifting style training session. Using the core three compound lifts:  Deadlift, Squat, and Bench press this class will be a group training session that focuses on form, technique, learning accessory movements, and variations to increase your strength. This is a great class for beginners who want the opportunity to learn proper form and try out powerlifting training and for experienced lifters to come train in a supportive positive community.  Coach Beth is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach, an ISSA Powerlifting Instructor, and a competitive masters powerlifter.
