The gym is open to all members to do their own training while classes are taking place. Classes take priority for space and equipment.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Functional Circuits with Atreyu    Mon 6pm 

Join Atreyu Moonstone, Strength Coach and USA Archery Lvl 3 Coach for a dynamic and varied class that will encourage you to challenge yourself and put your strength into actionEach week the class will complete a circuit of functional movements and strength work. This is a great way to shake up your training with some variety, learn to use all the equipment in the gym, and challenge yourself with new movements.

Mobility with Atreyu  Fri 9am 

Learn how to move better and stay in shape with instructor Kevin as we cover fundamental movement patterns, correct imbalances, demonstrate proper technique, and progress to more challenging functional exercises. Great for beginners looking to stay on track, or veterans who want to master their technique! 

Lift Evolution with Kristina   Sat 9am 
A 45-minute group fitness class plan designed for participants new or returning to fitness. This class focuses on foundational movements, proper form, and exercises that can easily be applied to personal workouts, emphasizing body awareness, gradual progression, and
functional strength. This beginner-friendly class is designed to build strength, confidence, and awareness of key fitness movements that participants can integrate into their own routines at the gym.

Brain based cognitive training with Beth    (will return in the fall)

Integrates brain-stimulating exercises with physical activities to optimize the neural pathways that control movement, balance, memory, visual stimulus, motor skills, and agility. Designed to enhance mental health, physical health and overall well-being.

Powerlifting for Strength with Beth     (will return in the fall)

Please check our schedule for this class as some weeks there is a dedicated class and other weeks it is open gym time for members to do their own training. Join Coach Beth Moonstone, CPT, USPA and ISSA Powerlifting Coach for a weekly powerlifting style training session. Using the core three compound lifts:  Deadlift, Squat, and Bench press this class will be a group training session that focuses on form, technique, learning accessory movements, and variations to increase your strength. This is a great class for beginners who want the opportunity to learn proper form and try out powerlifting training and for experienced lifters to come train in a supportive positive community.  Coach Beth is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach, an ISSA Powerlifting Instructor, and a competitive masters powerlifter.

Strongman Sunday Circuits with Beth     (will return in the fall)

Come join us for some fun! We will have a strength circuit highlighting strongman/strongwoman movements, compound lifts, and functional training. Open to all levels and ages. Everything can be adapted as needed. Come try some new movements and celebrate what your body can do.
