Strength Team
This is our most popular and recommended coaching option!
Our STRENGTH TEAM plan is designed to give you a long term plan to develop skills, build habits, learn about recovery and fueling your training, and get ongoing support from your coach. It includes access to the gym 6am-9pm, free general classes and our on-ramp coaching.
The ON-RAMP method includes weekly one on one session with a coach your first month. This allows you to learn skills, get comfortable with equipment, and for your coach to customize your training plan. The second month has bi-weekly one on one sessions, Then you start a progressive training plan written by your coach, have weekly check-in's via our app, and a month in person training session to review your training and learn new skills. We will pair you with a coach based on your style of training and personal goals.

Online Coaching
Customized goal driven online coaching designed with flexibility and accountability built it. Incudes a complete progressive training program designed by your coach, weekly evaluations through our coaching app, monthly video check-ins, and form checks. We focus on learning skills, get comfortable with equipment, develop habits, and for your training plan to grow with you.

Personal training sessions & packages
We offer single session or on-going one on one coaching (personal training). A custom 45 minute strength training session using a combination of barbell work, weights, functional fitness tools, and resistance bands adjusted for your goals and level.

On-going one on one coaching (personal training). 45 minute weekly strength training sessions using a combination of barbell work, weights, functional fitness tools, and resistance bands adjusted for your goals and level.
4x per month, package $275.

Powerlifting & Barbell Skills, USA Weightlifting Coaching
Schedule a single one on one session with Coach Beth focused on Powerlifting training or USA Weightlifting training. These sessions can be for learning a skill, getting a form check, or working on technique. It is a great way to come work with our barbell coach and visit the gym.
$75. per session

Pre & Postnatal Packages
Coach Beth offers single session or on-going one on one pre & postnatal personal training. This is a custom 45 minute session adjusted for your goals and level. Coach Beth is a Certified GGS Pre & Postnatal Coach and a retired midwife.
