Service Description

A small group class to learn Olympic lifting movements with a focus on form, safety, warm up exercises, and progressions to build technique on each lift. Great for beginners and for intermediate lifters who want to focus on form and increasing their skills. Limited to 8 participants. Sunday morning at 11:15am Oct 15, 22, 29, Nov 5, 12 (50% off for Strength Team Members)
