Service Description
Three on ramp sessions with a coach. 1) On Ramp 1: Orientation to the gym, intake with your coach, goal setting and movement screen. This is your first visit. 2) On Ramp 2: Build a plan with your coach and skill development. This usually happens 2 weeks into your participation. 3) On Ramp 3: Your 1 month check-in to adjust your coaching plan and have one on one training with your coach.
