NOTE: Coach Beth focuses on helping clients be healthy and strong for life. While some clients may have a weight loss goal, our coaching is body neutral, focusing on helping you to build habits and gain skills to increase health and meet your individual needs.
Service Name

Private on on one sessions that include a complete intake on your symptoms, movement screen, training in breathwork and pelvic floor release work, movements to build strength, release tension, balance pressure, and gain a better understanding of your core and pelvic health.
NOTE: These sessions are done fully clothed and do not include an internal exam. While Beth is a Certified Professional Midwife - when she has her coach hat on - she is not your midwife. Beth provides refers to several fantastic Pelvic PTs as needed.

Saturday morning class focusing on core strength, & pelvic floor health. This 45-50 minute class will include exercises for core and pelvic floor health, education about functional core and pelvic health, breathwork, and fascial release work.

Bone Density, Strength, & Cognitive Health Class
Thursday night class that includes movements to increase bone density, cognitive exercises, agility work, balance work, and 20 minutes of focused strength work on a different area (hips, shoulders, back, knees, etc). We include some groovy music and the occasional movement game.
