Services at the wellness studio are available to the public and to members by appointment. We offer monthly wellness studio memberships and gym membership options that include both the gym and wellness services.

The Wellness Center hosts weekly classes including
Mobility, Yoga, Flow and Play, and Core & Pelvic Floor. Classes are free for Be Awesome members and $15. for drop in guests.
