The Resilient Athlete Audit
a comprehensive, 360-degree performance evaluation designed to dial in your training, assess physical capacity, and optimize recovery. By combining objective lab metrics with actionable coaching, this audit establishes your personalized baseline and provides actionable next steps.
Audit visits take 90 minutes and are $200.
-
Training Plan Review
-
Benefit: Audits your volume, intensity, and exercise selection to optimize your specific goals, develop strong technique and skills, and balance high-level training with the rest of your life.
-
-
Movement Evaluation
-
Benefit: Identifies mobility restrictions, side-to-side symmetries, balance, stability, and your control in functional patterns to lower injury risk and build efficient movement mechanics.
-
-
Resting Heart Rate & Recovery Metrics
-
Benefit: Tracks baseline resting heart rate and heart rate variability during and post vigorous activity as well as oxygen saturation. Heart rate rises proportionally with exercise intensity. Variability over time can help you have a better sense of your fitness level. Oxygen saturation measures the percentage of oxygen carrying hemoglobin in your blood. For most people this number stays relatively normal.
-
-
Grip Strength Evaluation
-
Benefit: Tracking grip strength helps gauge your mobility, fall risk, and ability to perform daily tasks. Grip strength can be a marker of general strength and fitness and is a particularly important biomarker for older adults. This test is done with an electronic dynamometer.
-
-
Stress & Recovery Plan
-
Benefit: Provides a structured protocol for sleep hygiene, nervous system down-regulation, and active recovery to accelerate adaptation between sessions.
-
-
Nutrition Review
-
Benefit: Evaluates macronutrient intake, hydration to properly fuel high-intensity training and support tissue repair, nutrition timing, potential supplementation, and suggests different methods of structuring your habits around nutrition that meet your goals and lifestyle.
-
-
Body Composition Analysis (optional)
-
Benefit: Tracking body composition metrics over time shifts the focus away from weight. Some of the metrics this tool measures lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral and subcutaneous fat, bone mass and percentage, skeletal muscle mass, body water, and protein. These metrics allow you to track trends over time. [bioimpedance is not as accurate as DEXA. It is designed for tracking general trends over time and is not a medical device]

Additional add-ons
-
Jump Testing (RSI)
takes 15 min includes post session breakdown of your results
add to an audit for free
$25. As a solo service-
Benefit: Reactive strength Index testing measures vertical jump height and ground contact time to show how efficiently your body absorbs and redirects force and allows you to track progress over time. This test is done with a OVR Jump laser system.

-
Velocity-Based Training (VBT)
Two 45min training sessions that include an orientation to VBT training and post sessions analysis of your data metrics for your barbell lifts
Add to an audit for $100.
$200. for current coaching clients
$300. as a solo service-
Benefit: Uses real-time bar-speed metrics to auto-regulate training loads, train specific zones (e.g., peak power vs. absolute strength), and eliminate guesswork. Velocity based training can help you daily in what your working sets should actually feel like, get a better sense of the RPE scale, and learn to optimize your training. VBT can help you avoid junk volume where you aren’t optimizing technique or getting the muscle adaptation you need. This evaluation session is done using an OVR Velocity training device that measures barbell velocity, range of motion, average power, peak power, and time to velocity. Velocity training can give barbell athletes a better sense of their readiness and fatigue levels on a given day allowing them to adapt their training rather than using strict percentages.
